Putin threatens revenge and blames Ukraine

The Russian dictator has made a special statement where he vows "just and inevitable justice" for the perpetrators as well as accusing Ukraine of aiding and abetting the terrorists.

Vladimir Putin has delivered a special message to the Russian people and a global audience vowing "just and inevitable justice" to the perpetrators of yesterday's attack on a Moscow concert hall. 

Putin accused Ukraine of aiding the escape of the terrorists, something, if true would have had to have been meticulously arranged:

However, propaganda analysts have already pointed to uses of manipulation by Russia in an attempt to blame Ukraine:

The death toll has risen to 115 and 11 persons have been arrested in connection with the attack, according to Russian sources.
