The two presidents discussed the importance of relations between Poland and Armenia, the development of mutual cooperation, particularly in the fields of culture, science, and economic collaboration, especially during Poland's upcoming presidency of the Council of the European Union, as well as finding a new framework for the Eastern Partnership program.

Given Armenia’s hopes for easing the visa policy for its citizens, the Polish president stated that the issue would be raised during Poland’s EU presidency but emphasized that specific decisions could only be made with the agreement of all member states.

The leaders also addressed the peace process in the South Caucasus between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Andrzej Duda extended an official invitation to the President of Armenia to visit Poland.

Earlier, the Polish president met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

On Tuesday, Andrzej Duda is scheduled to visit the Armenian Stock Exchange, where the Warsaw Stock Exchange is the majority shareholder, and meet with the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan.
