The latest advisory comes after Russia designated Poland as an "unfriendly country," further escalating tensions between the two nations.

In a statement released on Friday, the Polish foreign ministry said that the reduced number of Polish consular staff in Russia limits its ability to assist Polish nationals.

As a result, travelers in Russia may face difficulties accessing consular support in emergencies or for legal matters.

The ministry urged caution and recommended postponing all non-essential travel to Russia.
