Under new rules, the forms, called electronic location cards, should be filled in by those planning to enter the Polish territory before departure.

If filling out the online form is not possible, travelers will receive paper forms from airline crews, for example.

Also, starting from Saturday, those returning from Turkey no longer have to quarantine under the new rules.

Meanwhile, the ministry noted that all fully vaccinated travelers are exempted from quarantine upon arrival in Poland.

They are nevertheless required to present the registration form with their expected location in the country.
