Mateusz Morawiecki will meet with his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili in the southwestern city of Batumi, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Afterwards, the two leaders will be joined by their aides, before holding a news conference together, officials said.
Piotr Müller, the spokesman for the Polish government, said the discussions would focus on Georgia’s involvement in sanctions against Russia, the impact of these measures on economies, and "the current migration situation."
In addition, the two prime ministers will explore the challenges of Georgia’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations, especially the country's recent application to join the European Union, Müller told reporters.
Diplomatic offensive in support of Ukraine
While in Batumi, Morawiecki and Garibashvili will unveil a statue of the late Polish President Lech Kaczyński, who lent his support to Georgia when Russia invaded the country in 2008, according to PAP.
“It will be the second monument of President Lech Kaczyński in Georgia,” Müller said, noting that "one has already been built in the capital Tbilisi."
Müller also told reporters that the trip to Georgia was part of the Polish prime minister's diplomatic offensive to secure “the biggest and most effective support for Ukraine and Ukrainians,” a drive that included a recent visit to besieged Kyiv.
Thursday is day 22 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24.
Poland on Thursday reported it had admitted nearly 2 million refugees fleeing Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
