Three of the suspects are Polish nationals and three are from Belarus.
Prosecutors say the group used Molotov cocktails to set fire to a restaurant in Gdynia (a port city on Poland's Baltic coast) in 2023, a warehouse in the nearby city of Gdańsk in 2024, and a pallet storage site just outside the capital, Warsaw, in 2024, while also commiting other crimes such as arms trafficking, drug dealing, and assault.
Two Belarusians and one Pole remain in custody.
One Belarusian man, identified as Stepan K., is accused of setting fire to a large home-improvement store in Warsaw on orders from Russian intelligence, an offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
