The reading was in line with a flash estimate released by the statistics office earlier this month.
The Central Statistical Office in mid-November revised upward its estimates of Polish GDP growth in the first and second quarters of this year.
The Polish economy expanded by 4.6 percent in the second quarter of 2019, after 4.8 percent growth in the first quarter, according to the state-run statistics agency.
Poland’s central bank has forecast in a report released this month that the country’s GDP will grow 4.3 percent in 2019 as a whole.
Central bank chief Adam Glapiński said last month that the Polish economy was set to lose some of its momentum amid a global slowdown, but added the country’s GDP growth would remain solid.
The Polish economy grew 5.1 percent in 2018, according to Central Statistical Office.
The European Commission in early November lowered its forecast for Polish economic growth this year and next.
