Polish President announces new gas terminal for Poland

Polish President Andrzej Duda has announced that Poland is to build a new gas terminal on the Baltic coast, in a bid to diversify supplies.

LNG terminal in the northwestern Polish port city of Świnoujście on the Baltic Sea.

The announcements comes as Poland seeks alternative gas sources to become independent of Russia's Gazprom.
