The figure was in line with a flash estimate released by the government-run statistics agency at the end of last month.
Consumer goods were 1.7 percent more expensive in November than in the same month last year, while the prices of services increased by 5.3 percent from a year earlier, the Central Statistical Office reported.
In October, the prices of consumer goods and services in Poland were 2.5 percent higher than in the same month a year earlier, according to the Central Statistical Office.
The statistics office earlier this year said it had revised its system of weights used for calculating the consumer price index.
