Digital drive highlights Poland’s export prowess

A new digital service run by a Polish corporation aims to highlight the country’s export prowess and put in a plug for some of the nation’s flagship industries.

The Buy Poland online platform launched by the Grupa MTP corporation seeks to showcase Poland’s export potential in sectors such as furniture and fashion.

The service is designed to help foreign customers find suppliers in Poland.

It provides information about major Polish manufacturers with a well-established presence on international markets and smaller specialised firms catering to various niche markets.

The Buy Poland catalogue also offers up-to-date information and reports about key sectors of the Polish economy.

Grupa MTP, based in Poznań, western Poland, is a leading organiser of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and cultural and sports events in Central and Eastern Europe.

The company says its events, which include the annual Poznań Motor Show, attract more than 1 million visitors from all over the world every year in total.

According to the buypoland.pl website, Grupa MTP works to support Polish brands on foreign markets, promotes international trade and helps facilitate the establishment of business contacts.
