Around 184,400 housing units were completed nationwide between the start of January and the end of October, the office said.
It added that the number of housing starts from January to October, at around 239,000, was 27.8 percent higher than in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, overall output in Poland’s construction-and-assembly sector rose by 4.2 percent in October in year-on-year terms, while increasing by 0.4 percent month on month, the state-run statistics agency also reported.
The Polish economy expanded by 5.1 percent in the third quarter of this year, after posting 11.2 percent growth in the second quarter, the Central Statistical Office said this month in a flash estimate.
