In 2020, average monthly disposable income per person in Poland was PLN 1,919, while in 2019 it stood at PLN 1,819, according to the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency.
Statistics Poland defines disposable income as total personal income less taxes and social security and state health insurance contributions.
The office reported earlier this month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector in February increased by 13.6 percent compared with the same month a year earlier.
The average gross Polish monthly wage in February was PLN 7,065.56 (EUR 1,500, USD 1,600), according to the statistical office.
