BALANCE US - Ukraine Minerals Deal

After months of negotiations, the United States and Ukraine have signed the Rare Earth Minerals Agreement. The deal gives US access to Ukraine's mineral reserves' revenue and establishes the US-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund.
