BALANCE Reset in EU-UK trade
The European Union and the United Kingdom have agreed a new defence and security deal as part of a broader effort to reset relations after years of Brexit-related tensions. The EU is the UK’s largest trading partner, however, British exports to the bloc have fallen by more than 20 percent since Brexit, and imports have declined by 7 percent.
