There were around 875,300 people without jobs across the nation at the end of November, up by 7,900 from a month earlier, according to the government.
The state-run Statistics Poland agency (GUS) reported last month that the Polish jobless rate had held steady at 5.6 percent in October, unchanged from September.
Meanwhile, the European Union's Eurostat statistics agency, which uses a different methodology, estimated this month that unemployment in Poland stood at 3.2 percent in October and was among the lowest in the 27-nation bloc.
