BALANCE Polish women and their wellbeing
90% of women in Poland admit to feeling daily pressure to always achieve their best, only 4.5% speak of their wellbeing, while amost a third feel exhausted and quote financial difficulties, stress and work and social expectations as the top three factors contributing to the deterioration of their daily welbeing. These are among the conclusions of a report commissioned by PKO Bank Polski on Polish women and their wellbeing.

In what is the first report of its kind, the Bank's insurance division took a closer look at daily lives of Polish women from the emotional, physical and social aspects. BALANCE spoke to Marta Petka-Zagajewska, head of macro-economic research at PKO Bank Polski to find out more.
