The latest figure was 0.1 percentage point above a flash estimate released by the Statistics Poland (GUS) office in mid-May.
Investment rose by 2.4 percent, while private consumption increased by 3.3 percent in the first quarter of 2026, Statistics Poland reported.
Domestic demand went up by 3.7 percent, it said.
Poland's gross domestic product expanded by 3.8 percent in the third quarter of 2025, according to Statistics Poland.
In 2025 as a whole, the Polish economy grew 3.6 percent, after expanding by 3 percent in 2024, according to an estimate released by Statistics Poland at the end of January.
Poland's president in January signed the country's 2026 budget, which expects the economy to grow 3.5 percent this year.
Polish GDP is expected to grow 3.1 percent next year, according to a set of macroeconomic targets adopted by the government in late April.
