The Government Centre for Security has appealed to the public to alert authorities if they see homeless people sleeping rough who could be at risk of hypothermia.
In total, 13 people have died of exposure in the country since November 1, the PAP news agency reported, citing police statistics.
The mercury in parts of southern and eastern Poland was expected to plunge well below zero on Sunday night.
