State-of-the-art apparatus and machines are taking over parts of diagnosis and therapy, creating a compelling need for the so-called “human touch”. 

To raise awareness about the issue and promote patient- and family-centred care, Warsaw is this week hosting the first Medical Humanisation Congress. 

Radio Poland's Piotr Miszczuk talks with professor Joanna Jędrzejczak, vice-head of the conference’s scientific committee.
