In an era marked by escalating geopolitical tensions, hybrid threats, and information warfare, activists and civic organizations face new responsibilities: defending shared European values while contributing to a credible defence posture.

These topics were the focus of a panel discussion held on Tuesday in Warsaw, titled “How Civil Society Leaders Should Update Their Strategies to Meet the EU’s Defence Challenge.”
