The victim had been reported missing on 25 November.
According to investigators, the suspect initially told police that his flatmate had left the city and later filed a false report claiming the missing man had robbed him.
Under growing pressure from the investigation, he eventually confessed and led officers to the burial site in a nearby park.

Prosecutors say the victim was stabbed five times in the chest before his body was dismembered in the flat’s bathroom.
The remains were packed into plastic bags and buried in the park.
A post-mortem examination confirmed that the fatal injuries were multiple stab wounds to the heart area.
