Speaking to Rzeczpospolita, Szeptycki outlined a comprehensive strategy to expose and explain how fake news is created and spread, including monitoring the internet and social media for misleading scientific claims.

The ministry intends to quickly identify false information and debunk it through dedicated social media channels designed for public outreach.

The politician stressed that while questioning scientific knowledge is part of progress, deliberately spreading falsehoods - such as climate denial or anti-vaccine claims - undermines public trust and can have serious societal consequences.

The initiative also aims to engage young audiences through educational programs, online courses, and interactive campaigns, promoting critical thinking and awareness of reliable scientific evidence.
