A British court sentenced the 23-year-old to eight years in prison for mistreating 21 babies.
The case shocked the British public due to the scale of the abuse and the fact that the crimes took place in a licensed nursery.
Roksana Ł. will be handed over to Polish authorities in accordance with established procedures, bringing the UK criminal proceedings against her to a close.
She was convicted last September by a British court, which described her conduct as exceptionally brutal.
The court found that she hit, kicked, and shook the infants, and in some instances placed them headfirst into cots.
Her actions were deemed to pose a serious risk to the lives and health of the children.
The offenses occurred at two nurseries in London.
One, Riverside Nursery in Twickenham, a suburban district in southwest London, was closed following the release of CCTV footage showing the abuse.
The second nursery was located in Hounslow, an area in west London.
The case sparked a broad debate in the UK over child safety in care facilities and the effectiveness of oversight of childcare workers.
