Patryk Garkowski, 23, known online as Łatwogang, launched the non-stop YouTube broadcast on April 17 under the motto "I listen for nine days to the cancer diss to help children from the Cancer Fighters Foundation".

The stream featured a continuous loop of the song "Ciągle tutaj jestem (diss na raka)" — "I'm Still Here (diss on cancer)" — recorded by rapper Bedoes 2115 and Maja Mecan, an 11-year-old battling acute myeloid leukemia for the third time.

The campaign surpassed the previous Guinness record set by the French Z Event in 2025, when 325 streamers collectively raised around EUR 16.2 million over four days.

"We have shown that no one in the world has been able to unite like this", Garkowski said on stream.

The original fundraising target was PLN 500,000 (EUR 118,000). "I thought we'd raise around 200,000 to half a million. What happened is something truly extraordinary", Garkowski told TVP Info.
