While we have always enjoyed our own white horseradish and consider it an absolute must for some dishes, it turns out that also the green Japanese kind is a growing success in this country, and thrives, in spite of having some very strict requirements for cultivation.
Poles love sushi, so probably no surprise that we have our own home-grown quality wasabi to accompany it.
