The man, who holds dual British and Polish citizenship, was brought to Poland from the UK on Thursday evening and placed in custody at a Warsaw jail, Piotr A. Skiba, spokesman for the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office, said.
Skiba told Polish state news agency PAP that prosecutors would carry out "procedural activities" involving K.-B. next week.

The case is linked to the so-called Pandora Gate scandal that erupted in 2023 after fellow YouTuber Sylwester Wardęga published material alleging that some Polish online content creators had engaged in sexual relationships with minors.
In October 2023, the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office decided to bring charges against K.-B.
Under a Polish arrest warrant, he faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted.

K.-B. had been held in custody in Britain since October 2023 while awaiting extradition to Poland. A British court approved his extradition in February last year, but he appealed the decision.
He argued that the Polish judge who issued the arrest warrant had been subject to political pressure, citing comments by then-Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki that those involved in the Pandora Gate scandal would be brought to justice.
A British court ruled again in mid-July that K.-B. could be extradited to Poland.
The charges he is expected to face concern alleged sexual acts involving girls under 15 in the summer of 2015 and August 2018, as well as allegedly providing alcohol to minors.
One of the people K.-B. allegedly encouraged to drink alcohol was a girl who was also a victim of a sexual offence in August 2018.
K.-B., 34, was born and raised in London and holds British and Polish citizenship. He moved to Poland in 2014 and began his career as an online content creator under the name Polski Pingwin, later adopting the name Stuu.
He initially produced content related to the video game Minecraft and later created lifestyle and comedy content.
His YouTube channel had 4.1 million followers, while his Instagram account had 1.8 million followers.
A few years ago, he returned to Britain to care for his mother, who had cancer, and withdrew from online activity, the PAP news agency reported.
