The image posted on Twitter in March 2019 by Adam Struzik, a top official in the Mazowieckie region, which includes the national capital Warsaw, depicted Kaczyński with a Hitler-style moustache.

Kaczyński is the head of Poland’s ruling conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party and also serves as a deputy prime minister.

Struzik is a member of the opposition Polish People's Party (PSL).
