Christmas markets have become popular throughout the country and were missed by many last year when Poland was under a COVID-19 lockdown.
The fair in the Baltic port city of Gdańsk prides itself on being one of the finest nationwide, holding a special appeal this Christmas.
Elżbieta Krajewska spoke to Dorota Górak-Łuba from the Gdańsk International Fair company, which has organised the fair, about what makes the event special.
