Restaurants from several Polish cities have been listed for years in the renowned Michelin guide although not Wrocław. Now, with a little prompting from the Polish Tourist Organisation, this is about to change. We can only wonder why so late. Agnieszka Bielawska and Elżbieta Krajewska consider.
