Over half of Poles say Trump-led US not a credible ally: survey

A new poll shows 54.1 percent of Poles do not consider the United States under Donald Trump a credible ally, while 35.4 percent believe it is, and 10.5 percent are undecided.

The survey, conducted by pollster IBRiS for broadcaster Radio ZET, asked respondents whether they think the United States led by Trump is a trustworthy partner.

Of those surveyed, 29.9 percent said the United States under Trump is “rather not” a reliable ally, and 24.2 percent said it is “definitely not.”

Meanwhile, 24.4 percent responded “rather yes,” and 11 percent said “definitely yes.”

The poll was conducted on January 30-31 among 1,067 respondents.
