The match in Chicago on Sunday came a day after Poland lost 1-3 to Russia.
The Poles had already beaten Brazil once earlier in the tournament, pulling off a 3-2 win on Wednesday.
In September last year, Poland beat Brazil in the final of the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championships in Turin, Italy, defending their title and claiming their third world championship gold after wins in 2014 in Poland and in 1974 in Mexico.
