Football: Warsaw to have fan zone for Poland vs. Spain match

A fan zone will be set up at the National Stadium in Warsaw allowing supporters to savour the atmosphere as Poland plays Spain away on June 19 in the Euro 2020 championships.

The zone will be able to accommodate a maximum of 30,000 people. Entry will be free, but fans will have to download a special ticket from the strefakibica.com website.

Poland, under their Portuguese manager Paulo Sousa, kick off their Euro 2020 group-stage campaign with a fixture against Slovakia on June 14.

The Poles will next take on Spain in Seville on Saturday, June 19, at 9pm. They will then play Sweden four days later.

In their last warm-up friendly at home before the European championships, Poland drew 2-2 against Iceland on Tuesday.
