The move was agreed on by both countries’ football federations and the United Nations children’s agency UNICEF, Poland’s PAP news agency reported.
Poland captain Robert Lewandowski and his Scottish counterpart Andy Robertson have approved the plan.
Fans are being urged to turn up at the game in big numbers, as £10 from every sold ticket goes to injured people in Ukraine and to war refugees.
The match takes place on March 24 in Glasgow, Scotland.
Those buying tickets online will also have the option of donating to UNICEF in support of Ukraine, and there will be other ways to contribute, as well, organisers said.
Poland was originally due to face Russia on March 24, with Scotland scheduled to play Ukraine on the same date, in the first round of playoffs for this winter’s World Cup in Qatar.
After Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, football’s world governing body FIFA banned the Russian team from the World Cup, while the Scotland-Ukraine match was postponed until June.
Having received a bye into the final round of the World Cup playoffs, Poland will now host the winners of the game between Sweden and the Czech Republic on March 29, in a deciding match for a place in Qatar.
