The game kicks off at 8:45 p.m. at Hampden Park stadium in Glasgow.
The Poles, under their new manager Czesław Michniewicz, go into the match hoping to put together a solid performance ahead of a crucial clash against Sweden or the Czech Republic for a spot in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Poland are ranked 28th worldwide by football's governing body FIFA, while Scotland are No. 40 in the FIFA table.
Football’s world governing body FIFA earlier this month banned Russia from the play-offs for the World Cup in Qatar, giving Poland a bye to the play-off final.
The match will take place on March 29, with Poland hosting the winners of the game between Sweden and the Czech Republic.
The 2022 World Cup will be held in Qatar from November 21 to December 18.
