The 20-year-old Pole, coached by countryman Tomasz Wiktorowski, dispatched the 32-year-old Czech in 77 minutes for her 15th consecutive match win.
The Polish player will now face home favourite Jessica Pegula for a place in the final of the women’s singles at the USD 8.58 million tournament in the United States, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Świątek last week clinched becoming the new world number one in women's tennis after she advanced to the third round of the Miami Open.
The 20-year-old, currently ranked world No. 2 by the Women's Tennis Association, will officially take over as the new WTA world No. 1 when the tournament ends and the rankings are updated on April 4, becoming the first Polish player to hold that distinction.
The 2022 Miami Open began on March 21 and runs until April 3.
