The 32-year-old Pole produced jumps of 127 and 121.5 metres to capture his 10th career World Cup victory and extend his lead on top of this season’s World Cup standings.
Norway's Halvor Egner Granerud came in runner-up in Wednesday's competition, maintaining his tournament lead. Slovenia's Anze Lanisek completed the podium in third place.
Poland’s Kamil Stoch, a three-time overall Four Hills champion, finished fifth, and countryman Piotr Żyła placed 10th in the event.
The annual Four Hills Tournament, which is part of the ski-jumping World Cup circuit, features a series of four competitions taking place in Germany and Austria.
This year's series will conclude with an event in Austria’s Bischofshofen on Friday, with Granerud comfortably leading the field, 23.3 points ahead of Kubacki.
Poland's Kubacki claimed the overall Four Hills Tournament title in the 2019/2020 season.

Meanwhile, Poland's Stoch, a three-time Olympic champion, won the 2020/2021 season's Four Hills Tournament and also triumphed at the 2017/2018 and 2016/2017 tournaments.
The 2022/2023 ski-jumping World Cup circuit, run by the International Ski Federation (FIS), features a total of 39 competitions, including 32 individual events, in various countries.
Austrian Thomas Thurnbichler last year took over as the head coach of the Polish men’s ski-jumping team to replace Czech Michal Doležal.
