The 32-year-old produced jumps of 129 and 135 metres to finish behind Slovenia's gold-medal winner Timi Zajc and Japan's second-placed Ryoyu Kobayashi.
Poland's three-time Olympic champion Kamil Stoch missed the podium, coming in fourth.
Countryman Piotr Żyła, who won the normal hill event in Planica last Saturday, finished ninth.
Eighteen Polish athletes are competing in the 2023 Nordic World Ski Championships, which run until Sunday in Planica.
Team Poland includes nine ski jumpers, both men and women, seven cross-country skiers, and two Nordic combined competitors.
Poland won two medals, one gold and one bronze, when the championships were held in Oberstdorf, Germany, two years ago.
