The 33-year-old Pole delivered jumps of 127 and 130 metres to capture his 37th career World Cup podium spot.
Austria's Stefan Kraft won the competition on Sunday, while Anze Lanisek of Slovenia was runner-up.
The Oslo competition was part of this season’s ski-jumping World Cup circuit and also marked the third leg of the Raw Air series of events in Norway.
This year’s Raw Air tournament began at the end of last week and runs until March 19 on three different hills across Norway: in Oslo, Lillehammer and Vikersund. The tournament comprises a total of 18 rounds of jumps from individual events, team events and qualifications.
Meanwhile, the 2022/2023 ski-jumping World Cup circuit, run by the International Ski Federation (FIS), features a total of 39 competitions, including 32 individual events, in various countries.
After 25 individual events this season, Kubacki is second in the overall World Cup standings, with 1,448 points, behind Norway's Halvor Egner Granerud with 1,738 points.
Austrian Thomas Thurnbichler last year took over as the head coach of the Polish men’s ski-jumping team to replace Czech Michal Doležal.
