Lech on Thursday beat the Swedish team 3-0 away in the second leg of their Europa Conference League round-of-16 clash.
Midfielder Filip Marchwiński scored the opening goal of the match in Stockholm in the 77th minute.
The Polish side’s Georgian midfielder Nika Kwekweskiri doubled the score in the 91st minute, and winger Michał Skóraś made it 3-0 a minute later.
Lech defeated Djurgårdens 2-0 in the first leg of their Europa Conference League round-of-16 matchup last week.
The draw for the Europa Conference League quarterfinals will take place in Nyon, Switzerland on Friday.
Lech last month eliminated Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt in the Europa Conference League knockout round playoffs to move on to the competition's last 16.
The Polish side reached the knockout stages of the Europa Conference League after finishing runner-up in its Europa Conference League group in November.
Lech in May last year won the Polish premier league championship for the eighth time.
