Świątek, who celebrated her 22nd birthday last Wednesday, will next face Coco Gauff of the United States for a place in the last four of the women’s singles competition in the French capital.
Świątek triumphed at Roland Garros last year and in 2020.
The 2023 French Open runs until June 11.
