The event, set to take place on April 27-28, promises to draw teams from across Europe, including participants from the Czech Republic and Sweden, showcasing the thrill and competitive spirit of wheelchair rugby.

Held for the first time in Poland’s Pomeranian region, the event will bring together top athletes to compete in both traditional Rugby 4's and the new Rugby 5’s format.

"Prepare for unforgettable moments filled with passion, commitment, and sports competition," said the organizers, extending an invitation to the Polsat Plus Arena Gdynia, the venue for all the matches.

The tournament will feature 12 teams in the traditional Rugby 4's, including international teams from the Czech Republic and Sweden, and 6 teams in the innovative Rugby 5's, with over 120 athletes in total.

The Polsat Plus Arena Gdynia will host 18 matches in the Paralympic variant and 6 matches in Rugby 5’s, offering 24 opportunities for fans to witness the intensity and excitement of wheelchair rugby.

But the championships are about more than just sports. "It's also a time for social integration, promoting the values of fair play and equal opportunities for all," the organizers added.

Live online coverage of the competitions will be available.
