Bakambu, who struck seven times in 14 appearances, finished runner-up after Betis lost 4-1 to Chelsea in Wednesday’s final in Wrocław.
Chelsea’s teenage forward Marc Guiu and Celje winger Armandas Kučys shared third place with six goals each.
Poland international Krzysztof Piątek was among a cluster on five goals; the Istanbul Başakşehir striker also scored four in qualifying, which do not count toward UEFA’s official tally.
Chelsea’s victory made the London side the first club to win all three major UEFA men’s competitions—the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League—since the third-tier tournament was launched in 2021.
