The Polish world No. 8 defeated the 18th-ranked Russian player 6–4, 7-6 in the quarterfinals of the women's singles on Thursday.
The match marked Świątek's second grass-court win of the season.
The 24-year-old Pole, who had a bye in the first round and defeated Victoria Azarenka of Belarus in the round of 16, will now face Italy's Jasmine Paolini for a place in the championship match.
The Bad Homburg Open is a warm-up event before Wimbledon, which begins in London on Monday.
