The Polish pair crossed the line 1.60 seconds ahead of Serbia, while Ireland took the bronze.
On Thursday, Poland’s men’s quadruple sculls crew of Dominik Czaja, Piotr Płomiński, Konrad Domański and Jakub Woźniak won bronze behind Italy and Britain.
Poland has another medal opportunity in the men’s eight on Saturday.
