The lineup announced by Urban includes Barcelona star striker Robert Lewandowski and other regulars such as Inter Milan midfielder Piotr Zieliński.
Meanwhile, 22-year-old midfielder Kacper Kozłowski is making a comeback to the national squad after a gap of four years.
Poland play a friendly game against New Zealand at the Silesian Stadium in the southern city of Chorzów on October 9 and take on Lithuania away from home in a World Cup qualifier three days later.
The squad is set to assemble on Monday for a training camp ahead of the two matches.
Poland last month defeated Finland 3-1 in its fifth 2026 World Cup qualifier, keeping alive its hopes of securing direct qualification for next year’s tournament.
After five rounds of qualifiers, Poland sit second in their qualifying group with 10 points. The Netherlands top the group with 10 points from four games and an 14-3 goal difference, putting them ahead of Poland.
