Skrzyszowska finished second in Tuesday's final in 12.67 seconds, narrowly missing out on gold as the winner posted the same time but was 0.001 seconds faster.

The silver marked Skrzyszowska's third consecutive podium finish in the event at the European championships.
France's Laeticia Bapte took bronze in 12.73.
Skrzyszowska won the European 100 metres hurdles title in Munich in 2022 before taking bronze in Rome two years later.
On Monday, Poland's Ewa Swoboda won silver in the women's 100 metres.
Poland won six medals—two gold, two silver and two bronze—at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in Rome.
The 2026 European Athletics Championships in Birmingham run through Sunday.
