Beijing Olympics: Poland’s Stoch fourth in ski jumping large hill event

Norway's Marius Lindvik won gold, Japan's Ryoyu Kobayashi took silver, and Germany's Karl Geiger was ranked third.  

The other three Polish jumpers, Piotr Żyła, Paweł Wąsek and Dawid Kubacki finished 18th, 21st and 26th respectively.

On Sunday, Kubacki took the bronze in the men’s normal hill event, winning Poland’s first medal of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.

The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics have brought together almost 3,000 athletes from 91 countries to compete in 15 sports. Team Poland consists of 57 athletes, 27 men and 30 women

The Beijing Games run until February 20.
