The Polish goal machine, who plays for Barcelona and also captains Poland’s national squad, found the back of the net in the 20th and 66th minutes of the game at Martinez Valero Stadium in Elche, eastern Spain.
The 34-year-old also added to Ferran Torres' 70th-minute goal, helping put Barcelona a step nearer the league title.
The win extended Barcelona's lead over Real Madrid at the top of the league standings to 15 points.
Lewandowski has scored 17 goals in the Spanish top flight this season and leads the table among the division's top scorers.
The Polish marksman in October won the 2022 Gerd Müller Trophy for the best striker of last season at the France Football Ballon d'Or awards in Paris.
