Raków on Tuesday beat the Estonian team 3-0 away in the second leg of their Champions League round one qualifier.
Striker Łukasz Zwoliński put Raków 1-0 up in the 47th minute of the match in Tallinn, and then doubled the score in the 59th.
The Polish side’s Greek midfielder Giannis Papanikolaou made it 3-0 in the 85th minute.
Raków defeated Flora Tallinn 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League round one qualifier as the two sides began their European campaign last Tuesday.
The Polish champions will now face either Azerbaijani side Qarabag Agdam or Gibraltar's Lincoln Red Imps in the second round of Champions League qualifiers.
Flora Tallinn, meanwhile, will be relegated to the lower Europa Conference League.
To qualify for the Champions League group stage, Raków need to eliminate Qarabag Agdam/Lincoln Red Imps and two other rivals, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Raków in May won the Polish premier league championship for the first time, while heavyweights Legia Warsaw, the most successful Polish football club in history, finished runners-up.
