The Polish Ski Association (PZN) announced the national squad for the 2023/24 Four Hills competition on Christmas Day, according to news outlets.

Team Poland includes Stoch, who won the tournament in 2017, 2018 and 2021, as well as Maciej Kot, Dawid Kubacki, Paweł Wąsek, Aleksander Zniszczoł and Piotr Żyła, the skijumping.pl website reported.

Stoch, a three-time Olympic champion, will be taking part in his 19th consecutive Four Hills Tournament, according to officials.

Last year, Poland's Dawid Kubacki finished runner-up in the prestigious competition.

The annual tournament kicks off in Oberstdorf, Germany, on December 29, followed by an event in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on New Year's Day.

The competition then moves to Austria, for events in Innsbruck on January 3 and Bischofshofen on January 6, officials told reporters.

The Four Hills Tournament is part of the 2023/24 ski jumping World Cup, which includes five events in Poland, in Wisła, Szczyrk and Zakopane in January.

Polish ski jumpers finished fourth last World Cup season as a team, behind Austria, Norway and Slovenia.

Meanwhile, Poland's Dawid Kubacki finished fourth in the overall World Cup standings on an individual basis.
